Deadlines

To insure your Communications are included in the Rainbow Connection please note that the deadline is the 15th of each month from May through December. To be by the 1st of the following month, Please take the time to mark these dates on your calendar. Or please check the Calendar often for the upcoming deadlines.

Mail All Communications in Early

to Arrive Before the Deadline.

Mail Check List

• Flyers must be limited to no more than 20 lb. 8½ by 11 paper.
• 8½ by 11 paper must be folded in half in order to fit into a 6 by 9 inch envelope.
• Flyers smaller than 6 by 9 inch invitations are still okay if they are on 20lb. or equivalent paper.
• 300 copies of your Communication.
• $45.00 Check payable to Grand Assembly.
